Improvement
I wanted to improve my new work. Update it and upgrade it. I wanted to document my new sessions. I needed new feedback. I needed new content. Must be honest, open and raw. Good, bad or indifferent. Did not really matter. As long as it was honest.
Feedback
I decided to hire new talents from online platforms. They would assist with the online video project. Try out different demonstration sessions virtually free of charge. Offer their honest feedback. Plus, the project would pay them for their participation.
Advertisement
I decided to hire one of my now virtual assistants. I instructed them to help advertise for the video project. She came across the advertisement online. Online model wanted. Black Hypnotist Project for demonstration video models. She liked it.
She was interested in the project. She responded to it. We received her notification and emailed her an application form from the project to fill out. She completed it with her details, submitted it and joined our mailing list for online video models.
Age
After reviewing her application form carefully, she met the basic legal age requirement. She turned out to be older than 18 and younger than 80 years old. Perfect legal age for the online hypnosis and trance demonstration video project at the time.
I decided to reach out to her on social media the following week and asked her a few questions. The questions were about her experiences as a model. Projects she had done in the past in the offline world. Concerning the online video project and what it really involved.
We exchanged messages about the upcoming interview and the audition video sessions that potential models normally go through before being hired by the project. Her answers were good and she sounded like the right talent for the online video project.
Fortunately, she had had some positive experiences working with different photographers as an offline photo model. I thought that was a very good thing! Therefore, as she had said earlier, she was completely comfortable being on camera.
She did not mind her image being captured for the project. She did not mind being video recorded during the online sessions. She was comfortable with the idea of her image being used as part of the project. I was pleased with her answers to all my questions.
She was excited to be part of the video project. Which was good, because being comfortable on our video camera is one of the most important and basic first requirements of the project for working with both online and offline models.
Unfortunately, she had virtually no experience working with a hypnotist like me doing a project in the online world. I was a little bit concerned that the learning process might be a challenge for both of us. I was not 100% sure how the sessions would turn out!
Since working virtually, correctly and professionally with hypnosis and trance demonstration video models on our online project, still requires the right tools, environment and skills. Even most professional offline models may lack them.

I took a chance and offered her the opportunity for an online video interview. With the hope that if the video interview went well, we would then continue and conduct her online video audition. And if the whole first online video session went well, guess what?
When she first responded to our online advertisement in 2018, I did not think that I would still be working with her virtually, periodically but continuously on my online video project as a demonstration model four years later.
I cannot explain it. I feel much better. I feel peaceful. At first I had so much tension. I like the feeling. I have never experienced it before. Wow! I feel so good. It is something that I cannot find words to describe. I don’t know how to explain it. But, it is a very nice feeling. I did not expect the interview to be a wide range of topics. I really love it!
